Bsp21 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Usage Policy

4. Payment Information and Transactions

All financial transactions on the bsp21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is legitimate, belongs to them, and has sufficient funds.

Bsp21 offers a range of deposit options including GrabPay, Touch'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are subject to an internal verification process that may take up to 24 business hours. bsp21 reserves the right to hold or delay suspicious transactions for security review purposes.
